Performs a variety of administrative and office support activities ranging from monthly accounts payable transactions, payroll processing and assisting office staff with clerical duties.

• Maintain and enhance lean office culture • Manages a multi-line telephone system, screen calls and direct callers to appropriate party • Manages inventory of supplies and verifying receipt of supplies • Meet and greet all guests • Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail • Prepare and issue monthly/daily reports, spreadsheets, charts, etc. • Assist with meeting preparations – including ordering and receiving food deliveries and ensuring supplies are available • Process payroll for location • Human Resources administrative support • Process and submit invoice(s) for location and forward to Division for payment • Assist with travel arrangements for local staff and visitors to facility • Assist in coordinating meetings, events and other similar activities • Responsible for other various general clerical duties as assigned

Education: Associates degree required (general studies or equivalent) Bachelor degree preferred Experience: Minimum of 2 years of secretarial experience in the following areas: • Accurate keyboarding • Spelling and grammar skills • Administrative writing skills • Organizing processes • Analyzing information • Organization • Problem solving • Inventory control Computer Skills: Knowledge of personal computers and related software. Proficient in computer applications for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Personal Skills: • Able to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels within the facility • Efficient and a self-starter with the ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and multitask • Maintains professional appearance and strong work ethic • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications • Must be detailed orientated
