DIRECT HIRE - TRAINING PROVIDED

LOOKING TO HIRE SEVERAL ENTRY LEVEL MACHINE OPERATORS IMMEDIATLEY

Our client in Riceville is adding several Machine Operators to their facility. They have 1st and 2nd positions available and are offering $1 shift differential.

A LOT of overtime - Saturday's count as time and a half and Sundays pay double time.

Set up and operate various machines in milling, drilling, boring, turning, threading and grinding operations, using specialized or general-purpose work holding devices.

Read N/C tapes and readbacks as directed.

Adjust cams, switches, tool stops, feeds and speeds to hold tolerances and operate efficiently.

Load, unload and check parts to assure quality.

Deburr parts as directed.

Be alert to machine malfunctions and report same to foreman.

Work pieces range up to 1000 lbs. Crane is provided when required.

Requirements

Able to read a tape measure, protractors, and find angles

Able to count and perform basic math

Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and prints

Able to problem solve

Attention to detail

Read, write, and comprehend basic instructions

Able to run one machine in fabrication proficiently with little to no quality defects

High School Diploma or GED
