Collaborate to create new and delicious food items
Every other weekend/holiday rotation
New, state of the art kitchen
Job Summary:
Prepare, cook and distribute food in accordance with the State and Federal guidelines.
Ability to estimate daily food requirements and calculate recipe changes as needed.
Ability to read and comprehend menus & recipes.
Ability to organize daily routine in most effective sequences.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
