Job Description
Customer Service Representative
VTI of Iowa in Sac City is the Customer Service headquarters for the Dimensions Countertop Division of VT Industries. Be a part of a dynamic team that facilitates customer inquiries via verbal and written communication. Process work orders with a high degree of accuracy with data entry. Need to be highly organized with the ability to work in a busy office environment that focuses on satisfying the internal and external customer.
Job Requirements
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Data Entry
Computer skills
Analytical skills
Excellent math skills
Self-motivated
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Dynamic interpersonal skills
Respectful of employees, vendors and customers
Able to resolve customer issues that bring about a positive resolution
Able to work 8 to 10 hours a day as required
