Aventure Staffing Conveyor Operator in Sheldon, Iowa
$16/hr Starting Pay with Shift Differentials, Multiple Shifts!
A local area dairy distributing company is in search of a Conveyor Operator to join their team. This position is 8 am- 8 pm, rotating schedule, every other weekend with multiple shifts. Starting pay is $16/hr with shift differentials.
Conveyor Operator Responsibilities:
Food manufacturing, material handling experience is preferred
Monitor production of food product while being pumped on conveyor
Climb stairs to perform quality checks by sampling product
Monitor and operate controls to machine
Ability to follow standard operating procedures
Clean DMC, drying matting conveyor, and surrounding area
Other duties as assigned

Starting Pay: $16/hr ($640 each week!*)

To become a Conveyor Operator, you’ll need:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in manufacturing a plus
Push chemical barrels, unload salt
Experience in food production industry preferred
Change out CIP lines
Knowledge of HAACP, GMP’s and OSHA and loss control programs highly desirable
