1st Grade Teaching Position *Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elementary education, a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, and a desire to inspire young minds. *Responsibilities:**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaginglessons for 1st gradestudents.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and learning.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum enhancements.
- Supervise and participate in extracurricular activities and field trips as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Stay current with developments in education and incorporate innovative teaching techniques.
