Pay Rate:$14 + | DOE

Job Summary:

Mon-Fri Occasional Sat | 7:30AM- 4:00PM

Description:

We are looking for an Administrative Clerk to support our administrative functions and ensure the smooth operation of our office. In this role, you will handle tasks such as data entry, document management, taking phone calls, and providing general administrative support to our team. This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data using computer software.

  • Organizing and maintaining files.

  • Handling incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and other communications.

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as necessary.

  • Assisting with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, receipts, and other duties.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using office software such as Word, Excel, etc.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and external contacts.

  • A courteous and professional demeanor when dealing with visitors, callers, and other stakeholders.

  • Accuracy and thoroughness in performing tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and document management.
