[Angel House Child Care Center in Sioux City, IA is seeking a full time center director to join our staff and provide a positive environment that meets the needs of our children spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. - Associates degree or CDA in child development or a Bachelors degree or higher in early childhood, child development, or elementary education.
- Experience in a daycare center, a preschool classroom, or in another child development-related job.
- Has completed at least one course in business administration, or 12 contact hours in administrative related training, or 1 year administrative related experience.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Must pass DHS and Diocesan background requirements.
- Knowledge of Iowa DHS licensing requirements.
- Strong and cooperative leadership skills, work ethic, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly personality, ability to work professionally with all children, families, and staff.
- Flexible, dependable, adaptable, willing to fill in where situations require.
- Professional appearance, attitude and conducts themselves according to Christian/Catholic moral values.
