Description:
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team and lead in providing innovative solutions and exceptional service. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for both residential and commercial projects, while promoting our company's Core Values and Excellence in Action.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per codes
Collaborate with professionals to determine electrical needs
Inspect systems to identify hazards, defects, or malfunctions
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
Ensure work meets quality standards and deadlines
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Promote Trinity Electric culture and Core Values
Complete jobs with minimal supervision
Communicate effectively with team, office, and customers
Train and task CWs and apprentices
Handle employee relations and performance evaluations
Lead safety meetings and apply local/national codes
Solve problems independently and manage project documentation
Maintain tidy jobsites and coordinate with other trades
Requirements:
Valid journeyman electrician license
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Physical stamina for various environments
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overtime
