Siouxland Community Health Center has an opening for:
1 – Full-Time
Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Basic Computer and data entry skills.
Experience in facility management.
Knowledge of AAAHC standards and other regulatory agencies respective to facility oversight and environment of care.
Knowledge of facility infrastructure, building maintenance, materials, and equipment, as well as cleaning practices, grounds upkeep, and maintenance.
Experience in supervising staff and mentoring for optimal performance.
Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position:
Oversees the routine and long-term maintenance of the facility and grounds of the health center.
Serves as a back- up for facilities staff.
Supervises the facilities staff to ensure that the security, cleanliness and general appearance of the facility and the grounds are maintained.
Conducts all recruitment, training and onsite supervision of staff to meet regulatory requirements and organizational expectations.
Ensures compliance with AAAHC standards, HRSA requirements, OSHA requirements, and all other regulatory bodies respective to the facility and the environment of care.
In conjunction with the Director of Strategic Planning, oversees the Emergency Preparedness Plan.
Assists Infection Control Specialist with Safety Management Plan and chairing the Safety Committee.
Works with the CEO and CFO to develop short and long-term plan for the facility to meet the strategic objectives of the health center.
Prepares annual operating and capital budget for the department and monitors for performance of all financial targets
Provides leadership, support and mentoring to direct reports as well as completing all required human resource documentation
