Description:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our plant. Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining machinery, managing work requests, minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities required. Full-time position with potential overtime.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Assist with new machinery installation.
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Collaborate with production and quality teams.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Participate in training programs for new techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
