Description:
Short Staffed is looking for skilled mechanics to join our team. Duties will include performing basic care and maintenance on vehicles, such as changing oil, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires. The role also involves repairing or replacing worn parts (e.g., brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors) and performing repairs to manufacturer and customer specifications. Additionally, you will explain automotive problems and repairs to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes and fluid checks.
- Rotate tires and inspect vehicles for any issues.
- Repair or replace worn parts as necessary.
- Conduct repairs according to manufacturer and customer specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients about automotive problems and repair solutions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a mechanic preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues.
- Good communication skills for client interactions.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
