Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofer Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing, exceptional leadership skills, and a willingness to travel extensively for various projects across the region. Per Diem will be provided for travel.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish
- Lead and manage a team of roofers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project progress and quality of work.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Train and mentor crew members on roofing techniques and safety practices.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and project status.
- Ensure all work is compliant with local building codes and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a roofing foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems and techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently for job assignments.
