Will create and maintain a list of employees who maybe experiencing a change in status and create follow ups to ensure proper changes are completed.less than/li>less thanli>Audit weekly flex deductions and/or changes and forward to administrator.less than/li>less thanli>Prepare letters for employees such as conversion and portability letters, rehire letters, and promotion letters.less than/li>less thanli>Send out insurance packets and other communications to employees.less than/li>less thanli>Conduct weekly, quarterly and yearly audits of various benefits.less than/li>less thanli>Process 401k beneficiary forms and contribution changes.less than/li>less thanli>Develop and maintain up-to-date written procedures for the benefits department.less than/li>less thanli>Prepare and reconcile the monthly insurance bills and employee contributions.less than/li>less thanli>Administer Short-Term Disability paperwork and payment for all eligible employees.less than/li>less thanli>Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.less than/li>less thanli>Performs all other duties as assigned.less than/li>less than/ul>less thanbr>less thanspan style="font-weight:bold">less thanspan style="color:#0070c0">QUALIFICATIONS:less than/span>less than/span>less thanul>less thanli>Reconciling or auditing experience preferred.less than/li>less thanli>Strong mathematical skills and the ability to remain organized in a fast paced, ever changing work environment.less than/li>less thanli>Accuracy and strong attention to detail required.less than/li>less thanli>Basic computer knowledge and proficiency. Proficient in MS word, excel, and outlook.less than/li>less thanli>Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate effectively to all level of employees.less than/li>less thanli>Ability to maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion.less than/li>less thanli>Previous Human Resources experience desired.less than/li>less thanli>High School diploma or equivalent required or verifiable ability to perform essential job functions.
