Set-up accounts and workstations for end-user. Will build and manage PC software images.Makes determination if problem or error is caused by hardware, software, user or system, initiates proper resolution of problem which may require research or technical support. Will provide end-user training if applicable to resolve problem.Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software, and all other related devices or products. Maintain and keep up to date license agreements, support and warranty agreements. Keep current and accurate records.Document procedures for purposes of training, troubleshooting and support. Responsible for keeping current and accurate records incorporating technology changes or other changes that effect current methods and processes.May work with consultants on new or updated technologies, equipment and services.Monitors system reliability and performance in regards to computers, servers, software and other related items. Makes recommendations for improvements or corrects problems based on findings.Assists in management and updates to company intranet and support of existing and new databases. Activities may also include web development, use of programming code, database tools and filters.Daily monitoring and updates of pc and server log information for errors and events.Manage and troubleshoot VMware environments, VDI environment, patch management solutions and active directory group policies. Complete vulnerability assessment and remediation. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability and reliability.Will support and train end-users on computer, software and devices. Will support and train users on databases such as Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft 365 Productivity tools, Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint. Will train and support end user desktop security and remote access.Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.Performs all other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagrammatic or schedule form; deal with people. Analytical abilities and critical thinking. Troubleshooting and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.Working understanding of technology, electronics and software. Above average computer proficiency. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 software and tools. Working knowledge of desktop and server security including remote access.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees both verbally and in written form.3+ years relevant computer and troubleshooting experience preferred.Bacheloris degree in computer field or equivalent.
