Responsible to adhere to all policies and procedures established at Farmers Bank.Responsible to adhere to all banking regulations.Participate in appropriate training that would enhance your knowledge and skills in your position.Communicate effectively with customers and inspire confidence that you are knowledgeable and trust worthy to handle a customeris financial needs and requests.Build customer loyalty and respect through friendly and courteous service addressing each customer by name and addressing any questions or problems in a timely manner.Maintain the security and confidentiality of customer information.Participate in bank-sponsored events and training as required.Assist with any related task as requested, needed or assigned.Primary DutiesiMail paid notes to customers upon payoff processing any lien releases necessary.Assist with processing consumer loan applications.Process APR win on all installment loans.Prepare loan closing documents for loan officers as requested.Order coupon books when loan payments are specified for that payment arrangement.iiiiii Input new loans onto Xperience system.Daily process reports on payment notices, advances, past dues, etc.Prepare Cure Notices and Loan Denial Notices when requested. Daily balance General Ledger Reports in relationship to the loan department. Daily check back new loans put into Xperience system previously input by co-workers to check for accuracy and any data entry error. Responsible for filing of installment documentation once scanned by E-Services Department.Input extensions, modifications, and other loan maintenance.Check back extensions, modifications, and other loan maintenance previously completed by co-workers for accuracy and data entry error.Process loan draw requests and payments.Handle customer inquiries and payoff requests regarding the customeris loans.Track insurance on all installment loans.Pull credit reports and flood certificates.Process and track all UCC filing, titles, UCCis, insurance and any other documents needed to complete the file.Maintain a tickler report for all missing loan documentation such as titles, insurance for installment loans and UCCis.Contact parties outside the bank as required, i.e.: county officials and insurance agents acting on behalf of the bank.Monthly review Credit Reporting duties.Process installment loan charge offis and non-accrual requests.Handle research requests for loan customers on Synergy.i Handle multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner.Secondary DutiesiBackup to process Business Manager payments.Backup for floor plan payments and new floor plans.Backup for tracking commercial and ag insurance on Direct Loans.Backup for monitoring and updating commercial and ag loan credit displays and credit line changes.Backup for all docume
