Position Overview

As a Paint Production Supervisor at our Spirit Lake, Iowa facility, you will spearhead a team of operators, driving productivity, quality, and safety. Your leadership will be pivotal in meeting production schedules and ensuring our iconic motorcycles shine with impeccable finishes. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Paint Production team to achieve daily targets.

  • Coordinate daily communication and collaboration with various teams, supervisors, and departments within the factory.

  • Plan and organize production activities to meet schedule deadlines.

  • Ensure strict adherence to environmental, productivity, quality, and health & safety standards.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance production processes.

  • Manage and adhere to the department's budget effectively.

  • Enforce company policies and procedures, applying disciplinary action when necessary.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and records, taking corrective action as needed.

  • Coordinate with maintenance and engineering departments for necessary support.

  • Conduct inventory analysis and manage inventory levels efficiently.

  • Order and purchase necessary equipment or materials for production.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2 or more years of industry experience.

  • 1 or more years of people management experience.

  • Outstanding leadership, influence, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements in a team environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously.

  • High level of personal integrity and accountability.
