Job Summary
The Technical Analyst’s role is to support and maintain hardware and software.
This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software while ensuring optimal performance.
Responsible for troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and providing end user training and assistance where required.
Education and/or Experience
Associate’s degree in related area preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Microsoft or other relevant network, systems, or administration certifications are preferred.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; 80hrs/2wks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$23.25 – $34.00 per hour
