* Production Operator - WEEKLY PAY, OT AVAILABLE, WILLING TO TRAIN **

Join our team in a brand new soybean crushing facility where safety and efficiency are our top priorities. As a Production Operator, you will be instrumental in maintaining the facility's operations by ensuring adherence to safety rules, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting various operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include data recording, weighing and directing trucks, cleaning equipment, monitoring processing equipment, handling materials, and performing general labor tasks such as janitorial duties and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor grain handling equipment

• Operate machines to crush soybeans

• Load and unload grain trucks and railcars

• Test and document quality of soybeans

• Create a clean and safe work environment

Hours :

• Four 12 hour shifts on rotating schedule

• 4 weeks on days, 4 weeks on nights

Pay :

• $21-27/hr

Requirements :

• 6 months of previous production, machine operating, or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all elements

• Excellent attention to detail and work ethic
