Job Description

Operate a variety of electric and pneumatic power tools, including circular saws, drills, grinders, plasma cutters, riveting guns, and sanders. Perform welding on different materials such as aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel. Handle machinery like press brakes, shears, drill presses, band saws, hydraulic iron workers, radial arm saws, hydraulic hoists, and overhead cranes. This role requires physical activities such as crouching, bending, reaching, and walking.

Hard Skills

• Operation of electric and pneumatic power tools

• Welding aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel

• Operation of press brakes, shears, and other machinery

• Mathematical skills for basic calculations

• Ability to read a tape measure

Work Environment

Manufacturing shop environment, consistently working near moving/mechanical parts. Team size consists of 120 production employees, typically working in groups of 2-5. Required work attire includes steel toe/composite boots, jeans, and at least a short-sleeved shirt. The company provides necessary personal protective equipment such as hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection. Work hours are from Monday to Friday with shifts from 5:00am - 3:30pm including optional overtime opportunities.
