RN – Staff nurse to eventually take share of charge nurse duties

Will work the Inpatient, Outpatient, Pre/Post/PACU, ED and Infusion

  • Weekend Package – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

  • Option A – Base rate of pay plus 40% premium with Earned Time accrual

  • Option B – Base rate of pay plus 50% premium

  • Opening for days 7a-7p

  • Needs to be flexible and agreeable to work rotating shifts as necessary

  • Will work 4 out of 5 weekends

Sign-On Bonus:

BSN - $10,000.00 based on FTE

ADN - $5,000.00 based on FTE

Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, priority setting, problem solving, and organizational skills

Possess adequate computer knowledge and skills - not limited to the following (Word, Excel, EPIC) preferred

Must be able to communicate effectively with people of diverse professional, educational and lifestyle backgrounds

Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurse

Current license in the state of Iowa or meets criteria established the Iowa Board of Nursing

Ability to read, write and speak English

BLS, PALS, ACLS, & TNCC – (preferred) and required per licensure after hire if not already certified
