AsiCustomer Success Manager, you'll proactively drive engagement and success for our mid-market staffing, recruiting and consulting customers for Dice by enabling them to achieve their defined outcomes through use of our products and services.iiiIn this role, you'll be responsible for:Engaging customers to drive utilization and renewal of Dice products and servicesAchieving quarterly OKRs for customer engagement to drive loyalty, retention and expansionBuilding and fostering strong relationships with key customer stakeholdersProactively understanding customer journeys, needs, success factors, etc.Anticipating and addressing customer problems to enable their successConsistently evangelizing the value of products and services with customersFacilitating quarterly business reviews to showcase the value of product and serviceCommunicating all product enhancements to ensure customer usage and successExpanding customer revenue by identifying and communicating upsell opportunitiesCoalescing and sharing customer feedback to influence product innovation and roadmapAssess and reporting customer trends and insights with supporting data analysisSharing product knowledge and learning events (webinars, conferences, etc.) with customersPromoting content through social media (blog posts, articles, industry trends, product enhancements etc.)For this role, we're requiring:Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong account management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective listening skills with ability to proactively identify concernsEnergetic, entrepreneurial and service-orientedDisciplined, self-motivated and results-drivenAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to analyze data and use key insights to promote valueiStrong organization and time management skillsKnowledge of CRM systems, preferably SalesForceKnowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsEducation, ExperienceBachelor degree in marketing, sales, business or a related field or equivalent experience2-3 years in a customer success, account management or related role
