Are you ready to play a vital role in the operating room? As a Surgical Tech, you’ll be at the heart of patient care and surgical precision. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting Surgical Excellence: Prepare, organize, and provide essential tools during procedures. Assist the surgical team by anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth operations.
Patient Preparation & Care: Help position and transport patients with compassion and skill. Assist in prepping patients under the direction of an RN.
Ensuring a Sterile Environment: Clean and re-sterilize surgical suites and instruments post-procedure, maintaining top-tier hygiene standards.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
BLS certified
1-2 years clinical experience preferred.

Display knowledge of care required by infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers, school age, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Ability to use their hands quickly and with precision.
Requires a keen attention to detail to keep operating suite and equipment sterile and clean
Display good listening skills in order to comprehend and quickly respond to the needs of the surgical team during a procedure such as getting additional equipment or supplies.
Display a good memory is necessary in order to avoid the repetition of lengthy explanations for tasks that need to be completed.
Ability to be comfortable working under pressure.
