This position's functional areas include: onboarding, benefit renewal, leave requests, FLMA, Workers Compensation, assists with recruitment and other duties to ensure employment law compliance.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position, 8:30 a.m.-5:00/6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends
Qualification:
- Associates degree or higher in Human Resources or 3 years of experience in a Human Resource department, preferred
- Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Suite and Google Docs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and proof reading skill
- Working knowledge of Workers Compensation
- Working knowledge of FLMA
