Title: Part-Time Student-Administrative Health & Safety-Waterloo IA - 74560

The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintains various reports to assist with reconciliation and/or to assist with correcting errors.

  • Produces a variety of correspondence and reports in support of department processes.

  • Enters data into appropriate spreadsheets and databases and prepares reports as directed.

  • Performs analysis of basic or intermediate nature on information received, and researches or resolves discrepancies following prescribed procedures.

  • Updates and maintains databases, systems applications or files to ensure accurate and current information is available for use by others.

  • Develops and publishes newsletters, articles, and training presentations for distribution and use across multiple sites.

    What Skills You Need

  • Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university

  • Graduation date of May 2022 or later

  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above

  • Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours per week

  • Available to work during the summer semester 16-20 hours per week

  • Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
