Residential Sales Counselor

Friendship Village, the Cedar Valley's only Lifecare community, is currently seeking an individual to join our growing Sales and Marketing Team as a trusted Residential Sales Counselor.
The Residential Sales Counselor is a sales professional who builds relationships and trust, helping future residents envision and take action on creating their retirement lifestyle at Friendship Village. The Residential Sales Counselor will take ownership of the process - from initial lead through closing. This individual is responsible for guiding prospective residents through a personalized sales process utilizing discovery, telephone contact, in person or virtual appointments and creative follow-up practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Three (3) or more years' consumer sales experience in a senior living setting preferred. Familiarity with CRM lead management database preferred.
- Must have strong organizational skills and proven consultative sales success.
- Must be independent and self-motivated to achieve high goals.
- Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.
