Hours: 7 days a week - 40 hours work periods (on-call weekends may apply)
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Resort Manager for a company in Cedar Falls, IA. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Resort Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Oversee day to day operations to ensure the resorts vision and mission are met - Manage staff and ensure the highest pet care and customer service standards - Act as a mentor and leader for the resort staff - Be flexible and willing to assist in other resort areas when needed - Implement innovative solutions to enhance the pet care experience
