Waverly Health Center Executive Administrative Supervisor 1.0FTE in Waverly, Iowa
This is a full time position, mostly first shift hours.
Provides executive level administrative support for top-level Administrators of the organization. Performs work involving recurring contact with Administrators and Executives such as Board Members, Physicians, Directors, Managers, and public and private officials.
Education, Experience, and Training
Must possess high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Must have knowledge of and utilize proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, format, and clerical procedures.
Ability to learn and navigate computer systems including the online training modules, the employee timesheet and the performance appraisal system. Job specific systems are also required.
Must possess the ability to make decisions requiring interpretation and judgment.
Must possess the ability to follow oral and written instructions and interpret institutional and other policies accurately.
Must possess the ability to organize work flow and prioritize multiple tasks.
Must be able to read, speak, and write fluent English.
