Waverly Health Center Executive Administrative Supervisor 1.0FTE in Waverly, Iowa

This is a full time position, mostly first shift hours.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

Provides executive level administrative support for top-level Administrators of the organization. Performs work involving recurring contact with Administrators and Executives such as Board Members, Physicians, Directors, Managers, and public and private officials.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education, Experience, and Training

  • Must possess high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • Must have knowledge of and utilize proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, format, and clerical procedures.

  • Ability to learn and navigate computer systems including the online training modules, the employee timesheet and the performance appraisal system. Job specific systems are also required.

  • Must possess the ability to make decisions requiring interpretation and judgment.

  • Must possess the ability to follow oral and written instructions and interpret institutional and other policies accurately.

  • Must possess the ability to organize work flow and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Must be able to read, speak, and write fluent English.

  • Sitting – Approximately 100% of shift.

  • Standing – Not a requirement.

  • Lifting – Not a requirement.

  • Twisting – Not a requirement.

  • Bending – Infrequent.
