Mid-Prairie Middle School in Kalona, Iowa, will be looking for a dynamic and motivated 5th Grade Teacher to join our team. Located south of Iowa City, we value a culture of innovative learning, continuous improvement, and growth for all students and staff. The middle school has approximately 430 students and over 50 staff members including a full time behavior interventionist and full time instructional coach. You will find a learning environment that’s supportive of taking risks while being provided with high levels of support. Building relationships is our priority. The staff works diligently to support the “whole child” by assisting students with their academic, social-emotional, and behavioral growth.
