Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa. The individual will work in a dynamic environment and will be responsible for managing various aspects of the accounts payable function within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process various invoices daily into the ERP system.

• Manage the reconciliation of accounts payable accounts.

• Assist in processing statements and reconciling them with invoices.

• Utilize accounting software systems such as Cupa, NetSuite, and Workday.

• Perform accounting functions including accrual accounting.

• Conduct auditing as part of the role.

• Handle Account Coding and Automated Clearing House (ACH) activities.

• Use Concur and ADP for financial services.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is essential

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is crucial

• Familiarity with Concur software is necessary

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required

• Must have a deep understanding of Accounting Functions

• Prior experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is essential

• Experience in Auditing is crucial

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is required
