salary: $23 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services.

• Conducting research to resolve escalated complaints coming through a pipeline

• Connect customers to understand their issue and provide the customer with the appropriate resolution.

• Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action, conduct investigative steps to identify the issues, and process complex transactions online.

• 7-12 inbound calls/day (some outbound calls)

• Written correspondence with customers and email/written correspondence with business partners is also required

• Classify risks appropriately in case management system

• Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiate, and enact settlements accordingly.
