Our client is seeking a Client Success Representative / CSR to join their growing team in Des Moines, Iowa!
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $50k/year, based on your experience. You will work Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm 100% onsite. Plus enjoy an excellent benefits package!
Some of your responsibilities as a Client Success Representative will include:
- Implementing and troubleshooting
- Managing clients telecommunication plans
- Assisting and troubleshooting client needs
- Being the liaison between the client and carrier
- Problem solving
To qualify for the Client Success Representative position, you must have:
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Technical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills
- Willingness to learn
