Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $19 - $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

PROJECT SUMMERY

• This contractor will be supporting the legal remedies team in collecting signatures required for discovery to pursue litigation to offset/collect balances for credit cards and loans.

• Physically recording wet signatures, scanning & uploading packets of signed legal documents to retention system

• Partner with up to 14 different law firms/ legal partners to provide notifications of new daily uploads

• Will ship out hard copies of documents to legal partners and destroy documents in accordance with compliance policy

TOP SKILLS

• Legal administration/ support experience

• Ability to combining documents in Adobe Reader

• User level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & One Note

• Experience with shipping documents with FEDEX

• Working knowledge of legal civil procedures

SOFT SKILLS

• Must be highly organized

• strong time management skills (will be working with hundreds of time sensitive documents that come in weekly)

• Partnership skills – ability to work with Q/A team
