This position, based out of West Des Moines, IA, presents an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in a substantial, long-term contract role with potential of transitioning into permanent employment at the end of the contract period. In this role, you'll become the primary point of contact for their customers. Handling inbound calls and processing claims on-site, you will have the compelling opportunity to provide unparalleled customer support, helping to resolve issues swiftly and effectively. Responsibilities:

• Serving as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues through inbound calls.

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Processing customer claims in a timely and accurate manner.

• Utilizing various software including MS Word, MS Excel, and Microsoft Outlook to maintain customer records and data.

• Utilizing your typing skills to efficiently handle customer correspondence.

• Displaying strong phone skills, ensuring professional and effective communication with customers.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service role

• Experience in claims processing and managing customer complaints

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

• Typing speed between 45 and 60 words per minute

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of professionalism and strong work ethic

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
