  • Our Customer Account Management team* focuses on the customer and strives for operational excellence in servicing mortgage loans and home equity products for our customers.

SHIFT: 10am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday, with the ability to support over time required to meet Service Level Agreement. (Shifts are subject to change based on business need).

The Cash Management Department provides support to customers of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage by processing mortgage loan payments and payoffs efficiently and accurately and by maintaining Wells Fargo Home Mortgage customers' loans.

This position is responsible for performing a variety of loan servicing tasks.

Functions may include:

  • Deposit/NSF

  • Responsible for processing deposits for wells Fargo home mortgage

  • Scan, balance and wire deposits each night

  • Coach team members on trends and report daily issues to team leadership

  • Handle spreadsheets and report

  • Partner with other members of the team to ensure that funds are properly deposited and wired

  • Handle NSF reversal items on a day to day basis

  • Pull reports daily and ensures they are properly documented and logged

  • Complete the various reports at the end of each day’s shift

  • Partner with other members of the team

  • Strong ability to deal effectively with quickly changing priorities

  • Strong abilities to lead by example, as well as ability to work in a continuously changing environment

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
