This role reports to the Staff Vice President, Plan Sponsor Marketing for IngenioRx and is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the marketing strategy and plan aligned to the segment and enterprise growth objectives for IngenioRx. In this role, the marketing manager will be focused on driving awareness of IngenioRx and its offerings with key stakeholders – prospects, current clients, brokers/consultants – to drive profitable growth, retention, and cross-sell activity.
In this role you will focus on:
•Supporting the development of segment-specific messaging that translates the IngenioRx value proposition and positioning for specific business segments.
•Supporting the development of an integrated marketing plan for the business segment you support, in coordination with IngenioRx’s product and brand marketing teams.
•Serving as a trusted advisor and counselor to the IngenioRx sales and account management team by presenting marketing recommendations that are aligned to the needs of the segment, soliciting feedback for improvement, and sharing programmatic results.
•Gathering segment-specific competitive intelligence based on feedback from sales and account management that can be shared with the rest of IngenioRx’s marketing organization to enhance the collective efforts of the team.
•Managing the execution of the marketing plan and associated activities; coordinating with other IngenioRx marketing teams (e.g., product marketing, brand marketing, content marketing) and other Enterprise Partners (e.g., Anthem enterprise marketing, legal, compliance, etc.)
•Building a self-service library of collateral that can be used by IngenioRx sales and account management in their pursuit of new business growth. Ensure that sales and account management teams are kept up to date on new and refreshed collateral.
•5+ years of B2B marketing experience – preferably in the healthcare industry
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Proven ability to collaborate across boundaries and take initiative and be proactive
•Strong attention to detail, accountable, organization skills
•Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization
•Mason, OH, but will consider other IngenioRx hub locations (Atlanta, Chicago, New Jersey) for the right candidate.
•Must be office based. Will not consider WFH or remote candidates.
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or other related field is required.
