We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding techniques and attention to detail. The MIG/TIG Welder will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to assemble various structures, equipment, and machinery. Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding operations on metal components according to specifications.

• Interpret and understand blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications to determine welding requirements.

• Set up welding machines based on material type, thickness, and welding process.

• Clean and prepare metal surfaces for welding by removing contaminants and ing appropriate welding techniques.

• Monitor welding process to avoid overheating, warping, or distortion of metal parts.

• Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues or defects as they arise. Maintain welding equipment in good working condition by performing routine maintenance and repairs.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow and production schedules.
