Description

Supports client reporting and client migration reporting needs. Creates Report Writer/Informer reports based on client needs and assists Field, Operations, Sales and external clients with Report Builder tool.

  • Develops and provides customized client reports using reporting tools to meet reporting needs of our clients and internal partners.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to gather report requirements and ensure report requirements are met through client validation.

  • Resolve client Custom Analytic questions or issues to ensure timely client reporting.

  • Analyze current reports to ensure that they can be created in PEO system Prism/Flex. Ensure APR’s are opened in instances where reports cannot be migrated.

  • Represent PEO as subject matter experts on Custom Reporting/Analytics.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma - Required

  • 5 years of experience in MMS or Core technical experience, client service, and business technical environment required. .

  • Analytical skills, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users are required. Familiarity with the logical breakdown of a process, especially editing formulas and experience with Excel.
