Wells Fargo Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant - Workforce Management in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa

About this role:

Wells Fargo are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sr. Lead Technology Business Services Consultant focusing on Workforce Management for Home Lending Technology and Consumer Technology Architecture. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing workforce strategies and efficiencies to drive organizational success. You will help provide clear and precise data-driven workforce strategies, operations, reporting and governance solutions which enable our customers to proactively plan, manage, and respond to changes in the operational landscape with confidence.

In this role, you will:

  • Work as an advisor to leadership to influence and develop technology workforce strategies that are effective and efficient for the organization

  • Partner with CT central workforce team and CIO workforce leads to drive consistency, clarity and efficiency for the organization

  • Workforce Strategy Planning: Develop operating frameworks, controls, and execution plans for workforce strategies. This includes resource forecasting, open role planning, ramp planning, recruiting, and tenure tracking.

  • Workforce Operations and Governance: expense initiatives, attrition and retention efforts, early talent execution, workforce metrics (ex. gearing ratios), vendor management, and move line planning and execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Dynamic, self-driven, and results oriented leader with a strong sense of prioritization, execution and urgency that can operate in a highly complex organization

  • Proven experience in business operations, workforce strategy planning, and workforce operations in a technology environment

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, manipulate and present data to drive business decisions

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
