Wells Fargo Sr. Business Execution Consultant - Enterprise Change Management Data and Tools Strategy in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within our Enterprise Change Management group.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Communicate effectively to audiences with varying levels of management.

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience working with product and portfolio management tools and software.

  • Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.

  • Work with direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving.

  • Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

  • Facilitate meetings, support discussions, and present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple levels of business leaders and employees across the organization.

  • Work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.

  • Experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment.

  • Experience in data visualizations and using data to tell a story.

  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Experience in project and change management.

  • Strong understanding of data structures and data collection.

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work at one of the approved locations in the job posting.Willingness to comply with our hybrid work model; working from a Wells Fargo facility at least three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely two days a week.
