Our client in the financial services space is building out their Salesforce efforts! Looking for a senior admin with knowledge around business CRM processes such as pipeline management, case management, account management, reports and dashboards, forecasting and campaign management. The Management of Salesforce administrative tasks will be essential. 3 days a week hybrid-onsite in West Des Moines!

responsibilities:

• Serves as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.

• Handles all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, roles, profiles, permissions, workflows and other routine tasks.

• Monitors end-user usage of systems to understand, monitor, & improve user adoption.

• Effectively acts as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms.

• Maintains, enhances and create workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce environment.

• Ensures integration and data exchange between Salesforce and external services, providers, or platforms.

• Tests and approves system changes prior to deployment. Works with business units to ensure customer interactions are appropriately captured.

• Provides training to end-users as needed.

• Performs the administrative and development related tasks like consigning roles, creating profiles, visual force pages, validation rules, users, custom reports, Workflows, email alerts and page layouts.

• Identify underutilized platform features.

• Identify and gather requirements along side the extended team, utilizing best practices to deliver exceptional user experience.

• Review & communicate upcoming system maintenance, including new release updates that will have system impacts.

• Technical documentation.

• Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to others on Distribution Technology team.

• Performs other related work as assigned.
